For hygienic and sanitary reasons, we are currently not accepting refunds at this time. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding!

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges after your product has been shipped.

We will only refund you in store credit if we send you the wrong product or if you are missing items from your order. This must be reported within 24 hours after your offer has been delivered. 

We do not ship replacements. You do not have to return your order back to us.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

All orders take 2-5 business days to process.

Domestic and international orders are processed at the same timeframe.

Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.

Platinum Glo Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your order is shipped out, we have no control over the process as it is in the hands of the shipping carrier company. If your package says delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier company.

If your order hasn't been shipped out of our office, you can cancel it and get a full refund by contacting us by email: and submit your order details. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.
